Complaint Procedure:

• You have the option to share your praise and/or criticism with us by phone or email.
• Once we receive such a message, it will be recorded in our complaint management system and forwarded to the relevant department.
• Your concern will be handled impartially by trained employees of the responsible department, in cooperation with the quality management representative and, if necessary, the laboratory manager.
• Immediate measures (where possible) to resolve your issue as well as corrective actions will be initiated. In addition, a root cause analysis will be conducted.
• Upon request, you will be informed of the specific causes of your complaint and the measures taken to address it.
